We are looking for an enthusiastic, bilingual (Spanish and English) HR Director to join our team at
Chick-fil-A . As the HR Director, you will oversee HR functions for a brand new location opening in December 2025, helping to create a workplace that values people, compliance, and growth. You will play a key role in shaping our talent strategies, from recruitment to retention, while ensuring that our team culture remains strong, inclusive, and aligned with Chick-fil-A's values.
Your Impact
Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding experience, compliance, and employee relations Develop and implement people systems that align with business strategy Partner with leadership to elevate talent acquisition, training, and retention Work in operations, building relationships and learning the business as needed Fully Caring for the team, team celebrations, creating team profiles, and team culture Monitor employee benefits, insurance, and retirement plans with third-party administrators Serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Team on legal, HR, and cultural matters Background Profile
3+ years of experience in a Talent Director, HR related - Generalist or Manager role Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (bonus) Chick-fil-A experience (bonus) Strong knowledge of Florida HR and labor compliance (preferred) SHRM or PHR certification (preferred) Excellent organizational, coaching, and leadership skills Open availability and on-site presence
