Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *
1. Manage crossfunctional teams and coach them on Agile practices. Create retrospective boards, and maintain backlogs in Azure DevOps
2. Deliver dashboards and reports to stakeholders, tracking sprint progress and KPIs. Attend SoS and work with team to remove all impediments which are blocking the Sprint progress to meet business goals.
