Senior Tech Lead Salesforce
Location: On Site, Plymouth, MN
Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior Tech Lead for Salesforce to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Work with Solution Architect, Partners, and other Software Engineers to translate requirements into functional applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team, drive best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business owners to understand requirements, build functional design documentation, and develop technology solutions that align with business goals. Work with various internal IT groups and external vendors to integrate solution components in Salesforce and understand technical dependencies and its implications. Provide support to product development regarding escalation, estimation, prioritization, and help manage the backlog. Provide advice, mentorship, and assistance to junior engineers to develop staff capabilities. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, or associate degree plus 5 to 7 years of Technology related experience Green Card or US Citizen (No Sponsorship) 5 years of experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform, including using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Framework, LWR, HTML/CSS, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, API Integrations, Batch Apex, Workflows, Process Builder, and Lightning Flows Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer II certification Experienced using Gearset with Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience working in Agile and waterfall software development methodologies. In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform including its core features, capabilities, and limitations. They should be familiar with Salesforce's various cloud offerings such as Sales, Service (Order Management), and Marketing Cloud Experienced working on B2B eCommerce and other external community sites.
