Social Content & Creative Lead
will drive the ideation, storytelling, and production of
social-first content
across global channels. This role requires a strong creative portfolio, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate brand narratives into engaging digital content that builds trust and inspires audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ideation and production of content across video, static, reels, GIFs, and animations. Collaborate with marketing, PR, product, and creative teams to align content with brand strategy. Translate campaign goals into compelling visual and written social media content. Experiment with new formats, storytelling techniques, and platform features. Maintain brand voice and visual identity across all regions and platforms. Develop and manage content guidelines, toolkits, and asset libraries. Support localization by adapting content for cultural relevance while maintaining brand integrity. Use Adobe Workfront to manage creative workflows, approvals, and asset delivery. Assist in scheduling and publishing content via Sprinklr. Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in content creation, creative direction, or multimedia production. Proven portfolio of
social-first creative work
showcasing storytelling and brand alignment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and familiarity with Sprinklr. Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar workflow management tools. Strong editorial and visual sensibility. Nice-to-Have Experience:
Video editing and motion graphics expertise. Experience managing agencies and production partners. Prior experience in global brand content strategy. Required Skills:
