Job Title: UX/UI Designer (Interactive Designer) Location: Remote (must be able to work Pacific Time hours; U.S.-based only) Pay: Up to $55/hr (W2, DOE) Duration: 2-year contract (extensions based on performance and business needs) Introduction The Planet Group is seeking a UX/UI Designer for a long-term remote contract. This role will focus on creating modern, responsive designs across digital platforms including web, mobile, and marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a background in advertising agency design, a strong foundation in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a proven ability to create intuitive, user-centered design solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in an advertising agency setting Proficiency in Figma (primary design tool) Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong understanding of responsive design principles Knowledge of UX/UI best practices across various mediums (web, mobile, social, email, digital ads) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Design aesthetic that leans modern, minimal, and clean Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS Experience in the pharmaceutical industry Ability to build clickable prototypes Motion graphics or animation experience Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design intuitive, responsive layouts for multiple platforms, including emails, websites, social content, and mobile applications Apply UX/UI best practices to ensure designs are user-friendly and adaptable to different devices and screen sizes Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and other designers to create cohesive and impactful design solutions Incorporate current design trends while ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met Create prototypes and design assets to support digital campaigns and product development Contribute to design improvements, ensuring consistency across projects and platforms #LI-CW1 #CDM #Hybrid
