Cloud Engineer
responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure. This role requires strong expertise in cloud architecture, automation, security best practices, and DevOps methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud systems are secure, scalable, and compliant with federal standards.

Cloud Infrastructure Management:
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise cloud environments. Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Automate resource provisioning and configuration using tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Security & Compliance:
Implement cloud security best practices, including access management, encryption, monitoring, and adherence to federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, RMF). CI/CD Pipeline Management:
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and automated deployments. Monitoring & Optimization:
Configure monitoring, logging, and performance optimization solutions to maintain resilient systems. Networking & Load Balancing:
Architect and optimize cloud networking and load balancing solutions for high availability and secure connectivity. Hybrid & Migration Support:
Support migrations and integration with hybrid environments. Automation & Scripting:
Develop automation scripts using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash to increase efficiency. Disaster Recovery & Backup Solutions:
Design and implement backup strategies and disaster recovery solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with government agencies, DevOps teams, and security engineers to align cloud solutions with mission objectives. Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship. Willing to obtain a security clearance. Minimum 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or systems administration. Certifications: Professional cloud certification preferred. Security & Compliance: Strong knowledge of IAM principles, encryption, security monitoring, and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, DoD security standards). DevOps & Automation: Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, automation, and CI/CD tools. Networking Expertise: Strong proficiency in cloud networking, DNS, VPN, and load balancing solutions. Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and YAML/JSON. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting federal agencies or DoD cloud environments. Experience with container orchestration and serverless technologies.
