Forklift Operator - $18/Hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate must be capable of operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts and committed to maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently Build pallets and complete pallet picks Load and unload products from tractor trailers, rail cars, and cargo containers Ensure loads are properly centered and stacked Secure products using shrink wrap or other methods Use RF scanning equipment for inventory tracking Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Report product damages, shortages, and other quality assurance issues Stack crates, pallets, lumber, and other materials as needed Analyze production schedules to plan timely material movement Document inventory, shipments, and receiving activity accurately Requirements
Must be able to operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts Prior warehouse and forklift experience required Forklift or heavy machinery certification Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
