The

Client Support Professional

provides high touch support to Commercial clients, focusing on treasury management services and commercial loan support. The candidate must be well organized and will be serving as a liaison between internal contacts such as Loan Operations, Treasury Management and Deposit Operations.

Position Overview

Provide a high touch support to commercial clients focusing on treasury management services and commercial loan support. Responsible for financial transactions and procedures involving loans, accounts, wires and ACH.

Responsibilities

Provide depository, treasury management and administrative support for the commercial lenders and portfolios managers

Process daily customer requests via phone and/or system such as account opening and onboarding the relationship, balance inquiries, wire processing, advances, ACH and transfers, payoffs and pay downs on loans

Look for cross sell and add on service opportunities (CD's, Max Safe, Positive Pay, ACH, etc.) when speaking with customers. Refer those opportunities to the TM Sales Officer and Account Officer

Assist customers with basic online banking/treasury service support. Submitting Salesforce cases for treasury maintenance requests and wire agreement updates

Prioritize fraud notifications and coordinate action plan with client, Fraud Team, Account Officer, TM Sales and CDO

Obtain appropriate approvals needed to process temporary ACH and Wire limit increases in time sensitive situations

Troubleshoot and investigate customer issues and onboard new clients.

Generate, review and address overdrafts daily

Support Relationship Managers by answering calls, data entry, tracking vendor invoices and gathering information to resolve issues or complete projects

Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years banking experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred

Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Word; familiarity with FIS, Salesforce, and/or ACBS a plus

A strong knowledge of account opening, wire procedures, treasury management and assisting commercial loan servicing a plus

Elevated level of organization and time-management with keen diligence and the ability to respond quickly to changes in priorities and tasks

Knowledge and understanding of various loan documents, banking processing standards, best practices, and audit control procedures

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $22.58 - $28.85 hr. along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience
