is recruiting for an
Executive Director . In this role, you will lead the senior living community and oversee all aspects of operations, resident care, and team management. You will create a welcoming and engaging environment for residents, families, and staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and achieving financial objectives. This role requires strong leadership, a strategic vision, and a passion for serving seniors with dignity and respect.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an Executive Director:
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and resident-centered care. Partner with Regional Highmark leadership to ensure a high-performing team of department heads, caregivers, and support staff. Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care and services that promote independence, dignity, and wellness. Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring resident rights, safety, and satisfaction. Manage community operations, including financial performance, sales, marketing, and occupancy growth. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners to promote engagement and positive reputation. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, social services, or related field preferred. Two years of experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or related healthcare setting preferred. Two years of leadership or management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in senior living operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and make sound decisions under pressure.
