JOB OVERVIEW
To deliver all quality food and beverage service to guests courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment. Stock all wares and equipment needed for service
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended. Maintain positive guest and resident relations at all times. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, proper table set ups, and proper line set up. Maintain knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations. Complete opening and closing side duties as assigned. Serve all food according to position numbers, ladies first, never auctioning off food. Remove soiled wares and other items from tables as assigned. Offer the guest if they require any other items before leave the table. Replenish wares, plates, and garnishes inside stations throughout shift. Ability to work a varied schedule that may include early morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts
