Ramboll is currently seeking an experienced industrial hygienist to join our Health Sciences team as a Senior Managing Consultant.
The position is open for a candidate located in Atlanta but will consider other locations. Applicants should have at least 12 years of relevant experience including working in a scientific consulting setting and demonstrated capability to develop new business. When you join us, you will provide technical project management, support client needs, business development, leadership and will contribute to advanced solutions in protecting worker and community health. Your new role As our new Senior Managing Consultant, you will join our Health Sciences Spearhead that supports clients worldwide with a wide range of human health and environmental issues. The position is available in Atlanta, with hybrid working as an option. Ramboll is a recognized leader in health sciences and industrial hygiene consulting. We currently have more than 20 Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIHs) and a network of toxicologists, epidemiologists, engineers, and risk assessment scientists. The successful candidate will manage existing projects, build client relationships, mentor staff, and help grow our industrial hygiene practice in the east coast region of the US. Travel will be required as part of a national team.
What we do We provide a broad range of industrial hygiene services including qualitative and quantitative occupational exposure assessments for industrial clients, indoor environmental quality (IEQ), mold and microbial evaluations, health risk management and communication, expert support, and management of hazardous building materials (lead, asbestos, PCBs). For this role we are looking for a strong skill set across a broad range of industrial hygiene topics. Your key responsibilities Develop budgets and proposals Effectively manage projects in all aspects: client communication, project staffing, budget tracking, technical work oversight, and QA/QC of all written deliverables Build client relationships Recruit and mentor junior staff Identify and pursue new business opportunities Your new team As part of the Health Sciences team, you will be part of a creative group focused on solving clients’ problems. You will work with all levels of technical expertise from new professionals to team members with decades of experience, including subject matter experts. You will engage in a continual learning environment through coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job tasks. The U.S. pay range for this position is $150,000 - $195,000 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits.
