Job Summary The
Senior Performance Enablement Consultant
partners with business leaders across the organization to diagnose performance challenges, design strategic enablement initiatives, and drive measurable outcomes. The consultant will be a trusted advisor and facilitator—combining business consulting, learning strategy, and digital enablement to improve productivity, efficiency, and capability across our tech-enabled staffing teams.
Job Responsibilities Strategic Consulting & Business Partnership
Serve as a performance consultant to business leaders, identifying root causes of performance gaps and recommending scalable solutions.
Analyze workforce data, business KPIs, and operational insights to define enablement strategies aligned with business outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Sales, Delivery, Talent, Technology) to ensure alignment between business goals and performance initiatives.
Design and deliver core, enterprise-wide role academies and influence the adoption of this new enterprise-wide approach to learning.
Partner with divisional training/operations teams to align enterprise efforts with divisional needs ensuring consistency in model use and training approaches.
Enablement Design & ROI
Design and deliver performance enablement programs that go beyond training—integrating coaching, systems enablement, workflow design, and behavioral nudges.
Define success metrics and establish measurement strategies to track ROI and learning impact.
Conduct post-implementation evaluations to continuously refine approaches and demonstrate business value.
Facilitation & Change Enablement
Facilitate live and virtual workshops, role-based learning experiences, and manager enablement sessions that support enterprise-wide strategies.
Influence adoption and behavior change through engaging storytelling, data-backed insights, and stakeholder education.
Support change management initiatives tied to system rollouts, process shifts, or organizational transformation.
Project Management & Implementation
Lead end-to-end performance enablement projects from discovery through delivery and sustainment.
Build and manage project plans, timelines, communications, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure timely delivery, clear stakeholder alignment, and proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications Education & Years of Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
Additional Experience
Experience in L&D, talent development, organizational effectiveness, tech-enabled staffing or a related consulting role
Certification in change management, instructional design, or project management (e.g., Prosci, PMP, ATD CPLP).
Familiarity with sales enablement or revenue enablement strategies.
Data fluency—comfortable analyzing KPIs, dashboards, and impact reporting.
Develop and implement sales training programs tailored to healthcare staffing professionals.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

$100,000 - $119,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
