Position Overview

The Senior Clinical Consultant, MI - I (SCC, MI - I) has mastered technical/Clinical skills and possesses advanced product knowledge required to mentor Clinical Consultants in clinical product optimization and the onsite and remote education of Physicians, IT/Clinical Systems Administrators, Technologists, Sonographers, and other Key Operators in the use of Fujifilm’s Medical Informatics. The Senior Clinical Consultant, MI - I shall be responsible for providing clinical consulting for the project, report configuration (CV), workflow analysis, end-to-end testing, remote or onsite training as well as go-live support to Synapse PACS/MI projects. The SCC, MI – I ensures customer satisfaction by properly managing customer expectations and driving improved product awareness and understanding. The SCC, MI – I is the second level of local escalation for technical assessment, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization, and further escalation where needed to ensure that product integrity and performance levels meet customer expectations. Additionally, the SCC, MI – I supports sales and field service efforts in high level strategic accounts by providing clinical consultation for developing and executing customized customer solutions, special projects, and equipment demonstrations. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead projects as the project lead consultant on behalf of customers and company personnel. Coordinate training events by making appropriate contacts within HCUS and at customer sites. Provide feedback to Customers, Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Engineering, and Product line management on equipment issues and customer concerns via written and verbal communication. Assess the customer’s level of comprehension to facilitate effective on-site training and optimal product operation, utilizing validated applications, protocols, and processes. Provide ongoing support to resolve application-related and image quality concerns on both a product and system level. Work closely with interpreting physicians, clinicians, and other professional staff to ensure proper and efficient operation of Fujifilm products. Create, provide and maintain documentation to support customer training. Provide additional training and consultation at a charge, contributing to Professional Services revenue goals. Collaborate with HCUS team to gain customer acceptance of the FUJIFILM Medical Systems solution. Participate in teaching and training customers remotely or via travel consistent with the position’s requirements and the needs of HCUS customers. Provide clinical expertise, workflow analysis, report configuration (CV), end-to-end testing, for upgrades and new implementations. Identify process changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements of the company’s quality management system. Maintain effective communications and working relationships with all departments within HCUS (Service, Engineering, Integration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.). Participate with Sales and Marketing staff to develop new products, services, and sales/marketing strategies. Report internal/external information and activities that may impact customer satisfaction and HCUS’s future business activities. Adhere to the Company’s quality and regulatory compliance requirements and ensure all duties are performed according to established policies and procedures. Maintain a safe work environment and take corrective action, where appropriate. Participate on various internal and external committees and identify performance improvement and strategic planning teams. Provide clinical experience, workflow analysis, and end-to-end testing for upgrades and new implementations, and mentor Clinical Consultant MI-I and II. Provide telephone and remote clinical support for customers, sales, and field service via our ON-Call Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Participate in Clinical Validations Testing for each software release to enhance release accuracy. All other functions and responsibilities assigned by management. Mentor Clinical Consultant MI-I and II. Comply with applicable FDA medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 and other laws, regulations, and standards. Comply with and pass vendor credentialing requirements to access hospitals and facilities. Qualifications

Professional Experience: 5-10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, PACS administration or healthcare industry; experience in Cardiology or Radiology preferred. Required 2 years’ experience with FUJIFILM Medical System products (SYNAPSE, PACS, RIS, CV, Digital Radiography, Ultrasound and Digital mammography). (CV) Registered in one or more of the following: (Preferred) Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) experience in: Transthoracic Echo, Transesophageal Echo, Stress Echo, Dobutamine Stress Echo, Pediatric Echo, Fetal Echo, ECG (CV) Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) experience in Non-invasive procedures (CV) Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience in MPI, MUGA, PET (CV) Registered Nurse Cardiac experience in Cath, Peripheral Angiography, Electrophysiology Lab experience and ECG (Rad) ARRT Registered Radiology Technologist experienced in digital imaging (Preferred) Professional presence and ability to prioritize and manage multiple functions Proven experience in related field; healthcare or software IT industry background a plus Medical imaging background with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate with end-users and clinical supervisors; strong troubleshooting and end-user computer skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment Education/Certification Requirements: Associate’s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant healthcare field preferred.
