to join our team. As a Per Diem Hospitalist, you will lend support to our team of 20+ hospitalists and provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, ensuring optimal outcomes in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

About your new role: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during day and overnight shifts. Be part of a collegial and supportive group of hospitalists, working together to provide excellent care. Work at a single hospital location, Northridge Hospital Medical Center, a well-regarded 424-bed acute care facility. Benefit from a closed ICU, ensuring a focused and manageable scope of practice. Have access to ongoing professional development within an established and respected multispecialty group. Compensation range: $1690.00 to $1890.00 per 12 hour shift. Responsibilities Patient Care : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Procedures:

Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients. Communication : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach. Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. Team Collaboration : Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. Quality Improvement : Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement. Compliance : Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations. Continuous Learning : Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.

Qualifications A valid and unrestricted California medical license Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA) Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program

Pay Range $140.83 - $157.50 /hour
