Looking For An Amazing Career? Apply Today! Volt is immediately hiring for Sales Manager in Sherwood, OR. This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. In-office role with occasional travel to tradeshows and client sites. Compensation: $70,000–$90,000/year DOE, plus performance-based bonuses and commission incentives. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualifications: Must have 5 years in a sales manager role, preferably in solar or energy storage Strong negotiation, planning, and leadership skills Familiarity with financial reporting and VSS systems Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to make, meet, and exceed Sales Goals Skilled in Negotiations and Selling to Customer Needs Sales Planning experience and proper motivation for sales activity Ability to build and develop effective relationships Ability to develop, lead, and motivate a high performance sales team, including providing hands-on training and development, managing performance issues and providing daily direction and supervision Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, and can work well in a team environment As a Sales Manager you will: Develop and execute regional sales plans and quotas Make outbound sales calls and support reps with daily activities Analyze market trends and forecast quarterly and annual sales volume Maintain client relationships and manage large accounts Report on regional performance and sales results Lead and mentor a high-performing regional sales team Collaborate closely with the CEO and Marketing Director Benefits: Health Insurance Paid Time Off Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA) Retirement Plan 60% discount on wine from the founder’s winery Diverse, family-oriented startup culture with snacks and treats on-site Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
