Job Description
Lead architectural projects through all phases: Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, code officials, and contractors.
Conduct site visits during the construction phase and manage construction administration activities including submittal reviews, RFI reviews, punchlists, and allowance authorization/change order management.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Ensure quality and code compliance in design and documentation.
Support team collaboration.
Use industry-standard software (e.g., ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite) for design and documentation.
Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch).
Licensed Architect (preferred, but not required).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm.
Proven experience managing projects and client relationships.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing.
Knowledge of ArchiCAD is preferred, but not required; additional software skills are a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
