A global manufacturer of industrial-grade displays is seeking a self-motivated individual for a Project Manager.

Job Description:

• Manage new product development projects, including execution, problem tracking, and control.
• Track project progress, monitor performance against planned metrics, and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Coordinate with departments to facilitate project execution and management.
• Monitor the progress of R&D project schedules.
• Oversee documentation, follow-up, and archiving during the R&D phase.
• Plan releases and arrange technology transfer to the production line after sample production.
• Track project progress, monitor performance against planned metrics, and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables, ensuring the work meets the required specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, etc.)
• Proven experience in a project management role (e.g., 3-5+ years)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred
