Our Chantilly, VA office has an exciting opportunity available for an Office Receptionist. The job duties will center around high volume hiring—screening resumes, scheduling, and performing interviews.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Receive applicants and visitors
  • Inventory control of uniforms and office supplies
  • Issue uniforms to new and existing officers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Office 365 products
  • Understanding of office procedures and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to be an effective team member
  • Inventory control knowledge/experience
  • A “can do” positive, high-energy attitude
