Digital Communications Manager
New York, NY | Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

A leading private credit investment firm with over two decades of experience managing multi-billion-dollar assets is seeking a Digital Communications Manager to elevate its brand presence across digital platforms. Known for its deep relationships with private equity sponsors and institutional investors, the firm is expanding its communications function to support strategic growth and stakeholder engagement.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, this role will lead digital strategy across social media, paid media, and executive visibility. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in regulated industries, a sharp editorial eye, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media campaigns across corporate and executive channels
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce compelling digital content
- Oversee paid media strategy and execution, including vendor management and performance analysis
- Create editorial calendars, content guidelines, and social media policies
- Track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on engagement and business impact
- Manage approvals with Legal & Compliance and monitor industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital communications or marketing, ideally within financial services
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, paid media, and content development
- Experience working within a regulated industry and partnering with compliance teams
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Oktopost, Adobe Creative Suite, and social analytics tools
- Exceptional writing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
