Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategy, execution, and measurement for brand and retail social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and YouTube. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring strong collaboration with internal creative, PR, media, and analytics teams as well as external agencies. The ideal candidate is a social-first strategist with excellent project management skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for connecting with diverse, culture-driving audiences-particularly Gen Z.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Own strategy and content production for brand and retail social campaigns across major platforms.
  • Develop creative briefs that inspire innovative ideas and compelling campaigns.
  • Project manage social content production, coordinating with agencies, partners, and internal teams.
  • Define, track, and present KPIs, metrics, and campaign performance to leadership.
  • Support business and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, creative, media, analytics, and growth teams to scale campaigns.
  • Research and identify new opportunities in social platforms, formats, and production models.
  • Stay current on audience trends, infusing campaigns with fresh, innovative content.
Must Haves:
  • 7-10 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of social platforms, scheduling software, and social analytics.
  • Success engaging diverse and culture-driven audiences, with a focus on Gen Z.
  • Communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills with experience optimizing campaigns using metrics.
  • Writer and communicator with strong project management and attention to detail.
  • Experience defining and executing marketing strategies.
  • Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a can-do attitude.
