May Institute is seeking a Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence and support the execution of integrated marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in both digital and traditional marketing who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
• Lead Campaigns - Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and community channels.
• Create Content - Develop and edit materials, promotional content, and digital assets while ensuring brand consistency.
• Engage Digitally - Manage social media, email campaigns, and website updates; track and report on performance.
• Support Community Outreach - Contribute to event marketing, conferences, partnerships, and media outreach.
• Collaborate & Coordinate - Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and on budget.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional marketing experience.
• Proficiency in social media management, email platforms, and basic SEO.
• Strong writing, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred: Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or behavioral health marketing; familiarity with marketing automation and project management tools.
