Electrician
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in industrial settings. This includes working with various types of conduit, handling high-voltage electrical systems, and ensuring the efficient distribution of power.
Responsibilities
- Bend conduits ranging from 1/2" to 4" (EMT, IMC, and others).
- Work with 480V electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure efficient and safe distribution of electrical power throughout the facility.
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electric controls, including PLCs, motor controls, and other automated systems.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components using testing equipment and hand tools.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches and moving heavy objects.
- Place conduit, pipes, or tubing inside designated areas.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in conduit bending and working with industrial environments.
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Experience with industrial, blueprint, and construction tasks.
- Ability to perform electrical wiring and diagnostics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in conduit bending from 1/2" to 4".
- Experience with 480V electrical systems.
- Skills in installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial electric controls.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winfield, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
