Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic
Solutions Delivery team. This Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, define system requirements, and ensure successful solutions that align with the customer's goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in requirements and business analysis to design scalable solutions ensuring optimal use of no code & low code solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders, SMEs, and end users to elicit and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for solution development.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, solution architects, and project manager to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Support data mapping, transformation, and migration activities from multiple legacy systems.
  • Develop and maintain current state and future state process documentation as necessary (e.g., process flows, use cases, wireframes).
  • Facilitate design workshops, requirement review sessions, and UAT planning.
  • Coordinate and support UAT activities including test script development, execution, defect triage, and resolution tracking .
  • Participate in change management and user training support as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience
    as a
    Technical Business Analyst or Agile Product Owner
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Appian or ServiceNow is strongly preferred.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar)
  • Strong experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with developers and non-technical
    stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools such as JIRA, Azure, or any Agile Management Tools.
  • Strong experience in creating detailed reports, dashboards
    and data analysis.
