Compensation:
Pay Range: $27.93-$39.90
Description:
• Support operations, compliance, and governance of an alternative trading system.
• Produce and reconcile performance metrics.
• Safeguard confidential trading information.
• Assist in governance documentation and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for process completion.
• Support supervisors with subscriber matters.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and reconcile trading system metrics.
• Protect confidential trading information as per regulatory standards.
• Align regulatory rules with trading system disclosures and processes.
• Create governance documentation with technology partners.
• Support supervisors in various subscriber and business unit matters.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure process efficiency.
• Develop and adhere to standard operating and supervisory procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. regulatory environment for trading systems.
• Preferable FINRA registrations (e.g., Series 7, 55, 63).
• General knowledge of technology and financial protocols.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving and self-motivation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
