- Gather and document requirements for system enhancements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain clear and concise business requirement documents.
- Analyze and improve business processes through technology solutions, aiming to reduce manual tasks and enhance user experience.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of software updates and new features.
- Balance multiple initiatives and projects, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting implementation deadlines.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Convey complex product details effortlessly to diverse audiences, fostering clarity and understanding.

- Strong experience creating wireframes, mockups, and process flows
- Expertise with Balsamiq or similar tools
- Demonstrated skill in mockup-driven collaboration

- Strong communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams
- Experience in Agile environments (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
