Job Description

Our internationally recognized client is in need of a Senior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and define the system's scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of the application, business, operational, and/or industry requirements.
• Develop business requirements and functional specifications for medium to large-sized projects, including those involving Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Create complex technical and functional user documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues for existing reports and dashboards using tools such as SQL and JIRA.
• Recognize, identify, and document changes to existing business processes and identify new opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Actively influence software development process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working with product development, demand management, product life cycle, and innovation solutions.
• Experience with full lifecycle solution development, from gathering requirements through build, test, deploy, and support.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories/functional specifications on complex or large projects.
• Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
• Strong understanding of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with OMS platforms and automation tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills that allow for effective communication across all levels of the organization.
