Job Title: Loans Business Analyst
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
Duration : Full Time
Job Description:
Responsible for collecting all project requirements.
Responsible for gathering and formalizing business requirements
Interacting with the Business users, development & testing teams for effective delivery
Ability to perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business requirement are understood
Able to document the requirements, functional specification documents/ product backlogs / Epics/User Stories
Responsible for bringing in new and innovative ideas and identifying solutions
Strong working experience on Loans Applications Servicing and Origination
In-depth knowledge of Loans processing end to end .
Should be proficient with STLC, Testing techniques and tools.
Should have good knowledge of Agile Methodology and Defect Management using JIRA and ALM.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with proven experience in handling multiple stakeholders and front facing customer management.
