Business Application Analyst II
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90032 / REMOTE PST ONLY
Job Type: 6-month CTH
Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr (Non-Exempt)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This role is primarily business application and workflow focused, supporting ERP, Finance, HR, Payroll, Kronos, and Lawson systems.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Application Analyst II to join our Medical Enterprise IS Department. In this role, you will work closely with vendors, system owners, and leadership to design, implement, and support critical business applications, with a focus on Kronos Timekeeping and Scheduling (Workforce Central). You will play a key role in system configuration, data integrity, security, upgrades, and reporting to optimize workflows across the organization.
The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, document design specifications, manage system integrity and security, develop reports, and participate in project initiatives. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system support, vendor communication, and user inquiries.
- Analyze user needs, document requirements, and generate need-gap analyses.
- Maintain system functionality, design workflows, and ensure data integrity and security.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze reports using SQL, QlikView, Lawson BI, Infor BI, and Kronos Genies.
- Assist with system upgrades, software implementations, and conversions.
- Participate in project management activities, monitor progress, and manage timelines.
- Train staff on system usage and new applications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or 7+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree).
- 3+ years of relevant IT/IS experience, including 2+ years in healthcare environments.
- 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle implementations.
- Proven expertise in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) configuration and support.
- Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) preferred.
- Background in Lawson, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Finance, or Supply Chain systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Remote work available (PT or CT time zones only).
- Occasional onsite presence required (2-4 times per year).
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PT).
