Soni Resources is hiring: Junior Business Analyst in Framingham

We're seeking a Junior Business Analyst (Contract) to support cross-functional projects and product development initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who's eager to dig into the "why" behind business needs and translate them into actionable requirements that drive results.

What You'll Do

• Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather, document, and manage functional requirements
• Support design, testing, training, and implementation of new processes and systems
• Create key deliverables such as process maps, data flow diagrams, requirements specs, and use cases
• Partner with business SMEs to align expectations and drive adoption of solutions
• Contribute to user acceptance testing and ensure smooth knowledge transfer to support teams

Skills

• Product Development or PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) experience
• Adobe Creative Cloud exposure
• Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and gap analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation: $26 - $33
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
