Job Description:
Involve in assessment, resolution from functional perspective for 5 different domains: Customer, Supplier, Material, Finance, CSR
• Cross skilling across various domains
• Technical knowledge of systems in use
• Strong SQL skills
• Single point of Contact for Critical Incidents
• Liaison between Business and IT
• Executive Communication: Provide comprehensive reporting on incidents and/or problems to executives, including root cause analysis and business metrics / KPIs impacted. .
• Sector Liaison: Transition sector-related business products and/or applications into support with definitive metrics.
• Strategic Expertise: Provide thought leadership for ongoing issue resolution and service enhancement, including operational model and automation. Track persistent or recurring issues or challenges and support in business case development for permanent resolution of these recurring issues.
• Team Leadership & SPOC: Ownership of work intake & operations for each sector. Serve s escalation point for the Food and Beverage stakeholders of the corresponding sectors.
• Customer Satisfaction: Identify nd address support-related pain points of sector / business product leads through effective use of sustain team resources, processes, and tools.
Leading Incident Management : Participate in MIM and critical non-MIM issue investigation from dat standpoint, performing comprehensive data lineage / impact analysis.
