Description: What Youll Do

As a key member of our pharmacy support team, youll be the first point of contact for patients and providers, ensuring smooth communication and accurate account management.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

+ Making 8 10 outbound calls per hour to patients and physician offices regarding pharmacy services and medication orders

+ Updating insurance and pharmaceutical information in patient records

+ Creating and managing patient activity logs for follow-ups, documentation, and service coordination

+ Responding to vendor inquiries about account and payment status

+ Collaborating with disease-focused teams to deliver best-in-class service

+ Connecting patients with pharmacists for clinical counseling

+ Handling special tasks such as drug shipment notifications and adverse drug event reports

+ Escalating calls to appropriate teams (clinical, insurance, specialized support) as needed

+ Supporting special projects and cross-training in other departments

Remote Work with Location Requirements

This is a remote role with location restrictions. You must live within 40 minutes of one of the following areas:

+ Orlando, FL

+ Canton, MI

+ Frisco, TX

+ Pittsburgh, PA

What You Bring

Were looking for someone whos tech-savvy, compassionate, and thrives in a structured, service-oriented environment.

Must-haves:

+ Customer service experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, or call center settings

+ High-speed internet (100 Mbps+) and ability to hardwire connection (ethernet cable provided)

+ Comfortable wearing a headset throughout the day

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ High school diploma

+ Strong data entry and order entry skills

Nice-to-haves:

+ Healthcare or pharmacy experience

+ Experience with outbound calling

+ Familiarity with proprietary systems and multi-system navigation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
