What Youll Do:
Lead and supervise a team of carpenters on residential construction projects Interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications to ensure project accuracy Perform framing, trim, cabinetry, and other custom woodwork with precision Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and other trades Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and timelines What You Bring:
Proven leadership experience in residential carpentry (minimum 3-5 years) Expert knowledge of framing, trim work, and finish carpentry Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Commitment to job site safety and team productivity Strong communication and organizational skills Job Location:
