Overview
Staff Business Analyst- UKG role will work on our SG Time function, with a focus on UKG Dimensions. This role serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that timekeeping processes and data needs are clearly understood, documented, and supported. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in time systems and a strong analytical mindset. Primary Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret timekeeping data from UKG Kronos, creating reports and insights to support HR, Legal, and Operations. Process Standardization: Identify discrepancies and opportunities for standardization across SG Time processes, leveraging system knowledge to inform recommendations. Documentation & Requirements Gathering: Develop procedural flows and business requirements documents, ensuring clarity and alignment for technology solutions. Data Integrity & Efficiency Tools: Maintain and ensure data accuracy, developing tools to enhance team efficiency and support HR & Legal operations. KPI Management: Define, track, and monitor KPIs, using data insights to inform and support strategic objectives. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to drive improvements, facilitate change, and align on strategic goals. Mentorship & Education: Guide and mentor team members, conduct end-user training, and promote best practices across the IT organization. Communication & User Adoption: Effectively communicate updates on systems and processes, ensuring understanding and adoption across the organization. Minimum Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience working with timekeeping systems, preferably UKG Kronos (Dimensions or Workforce Central). Proficiency with BI tools and Excel; experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise-level database systems and data integrity practices. Experience supporting medium-to-complex projects, with a focus on business analysis and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication and documentation skills Physical Demands
Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device. Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping.
