The social media coordinator will assist with the creation and implementation of social media content across all social platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter proficient in all major social media platforms. Execute a results-driven social media strategy and campaign. Build and expand the existing following. Write and develop engaging content across social media platforms. Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. Attend events and produce live social media content. Create and execute a social media calendar. Interact with users and respond to social media inquiries and comments. Proactively engage with social trends. Actively monitor social channels for key issues and posting timely key customer updates. Measure and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness and increased website traffic. Support digital marketing director in campaign development and executive and website maintenance. Plan and staff special events. Proactively engage in community relations strategies, including social media campaigns and events. Ensure all social media content is consistent with branding and company mission. Requirements
Demonstrated experience in Facebook and LinkedIn content creation and paid campaign strategy. Strong copywriting skills. Photography experience. Communication and customer service skills. Ability to understand historical, current and future trends in the social media space. Understanding or ability to understand the Triad community. Understanding or ability to understand auto retail, specifically the Honda, Toyota, GM/Buick, Chevrolet, Nissan, and Subaru brands. Time management skills. Graphic design, video editing, SEO writing, and website design/development are not required but strongly preferred. Terms
