Foodservice Division - Serving restaurants, bakeries, hotels, hospitals, colleges & universities, and more with premium single-use solutions.

Primary Purpose of the Role
Oversees cycle counting and inventory control practices and procedures to maintain transactional accuracy and assure compliance with audit requirements.
Essential Job Duties
Executes inventory control practices, reporting and general oversight of cycle counting Investigates root cause analysis of inventory transaction errors and implements corrective actions Maintains required documentation in accordance of the Cycle Count Program process Is the primary contact for Auditors during annual cycle count observations Leads the variance challenges and adjustments insuring all audit requirements are met and documented Assists in annual physical inventory requirements for outside warehouses/vendor service warehouse Provides assistance for verification, research and error resolution for incoming purchase order receipts and inter-company transfers Manages system variance reconciliation and inventory accuracy to include WM vs. LX variances, LX vs. Red Prairie variances, PIX and/or ECM error messages, Crossroads production reporting errors related to WM, and un-managed warehouse locations Performs non-WM purchase order receipts and transfers in the LX ERP system Supports Distribution in initiatives and other tasks/duties as assigned Required Skills and Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Possesses analytic abilities, and is detail oriented Self-motivated and has the ability to work both independently and as a team Ability to learn different IT Systems (LX, WM knowledge is a plus, but not required) Bachelors Degree and/or 4-5 years of experience in related field (Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics)
