Responsibilities Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API-based applications Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Postman, or similar Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics Perform code reviews and mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers Identify, document, and track software defects and performance issues Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and technologies Advocate for quality and testability throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Cypress) Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
