Responsibilities

Alan B. Miller Medical Center opening in Spring 2026! The new state-of-the-art hospital will feature 150 private patient rooms, a medical office building, and a helistop, with a total of 365,000 square feet of hospital and medical office space upon completion. It will offer comprehensive services including Emergency Care, Orthopedics, Surgical Services, Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Oncology, Cardiovascular, and Neurosurgical services. The hospital is part of UHS regional network, which includes Wellington Regional Medical Center and other healthcare facilities. This opportunity is full-time at 40 hours per week, offers full benefits, and a convenient schedule. Market Director for Healthcare Technology Management

Provides leadership and oversees the implementation of the UHS corporate HTM program. Responsibilities include defining strategic goals, technology assessment, medical device integration, operations, risk analysis, security, vendor management, and reporting. Ensures patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards, develops service plans, and manages the HTM team. Develops KPIs and maintains strong relationships with vendors and facilities. Experience with healthcare technology management programs and leadership. Knowledge of medical equipment, manufacturers, models, and capital planning. Understanding of regulatory requirements (CMS, TJC, CLIA, AABB, NRC, State, Local). Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CMMS). Excellent planning, organization, communication, and presentation skills. Periodic travel (~5%). About UHS
