Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment Provide milieu management Qualifications
Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License Minimum 2-3 years of RN experience Previous RN management, supervisory, or leadership experience EEO Statement
