hands-on, high-visibility role

that combines treasury operations with corporate finance modeling — supporting decisions that impact growth, acquisitions, and capital investments. Working directly with the Treasurer, this position will be responsible for forecasting the company’s cash and financing needs, ensuring covenant compliance, and serving as a thought partner in developing financial strategies that safeguard BSM’s stability and fuel its growth. This is a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to the executive committee, lender syndicate, and cross-functional finance leadership, with a clear trajectory toward broader finance/treasury leadership roles. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain

Partner with FP&A and Tax to align financing strategies with the 5-year plan, acquisitions, and cross-border initiatives. Supervise and develop one direct report (Treasury Analyst) responsible for daily cash management; serve as backup when needed. Monitor banking relationships, fees, and counterparty exposures to optimize treasury operations. Provide monthly balance sheet, liquidity, and covenant reporting to senior leadership, with insights into key drivers of change. Support budgeting, annual audit, and bank syndicate review processes. Contribute to the development of strategies for managing interest rate and FX exposures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or Accounting required; MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus. 3–7 years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or controllership (with treasury exposure). Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, Power BI) — ability to build cash forecasts, capital structure models, and covenant sensitivities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenting to senior management and external lenders. What We’re Looking For A
