Our Sales department is looking for a full time BMW Genius to be part of our team, assisting our clients with vehicle tutorials, feature questions, demo rides and more.

Responsibilities

Demo rides

Vehicle Deliveries

Encore Deliveries

Ability to fully explain vehicle features, functions and benefits

Maintain communication with sales advisors regarding vehicle delivery and any scheduling changes

Call clients after delivery to book Encore appointment

Communicate with clients regarding any Encore changes to scheduled time

Follow up with clients who have not yet scheduled an Encore delivery using our CRM

Follow proper procedure of all delivery and Encore delivery paperwork

Stay up to date with new products, features, and accessories

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Demonstrate passion about the brand and products

Confident in using new media (iPads, tablets, social media, etc)

Assist in other areas of the Sales department and perform other administrative duties

Requirements

Driver’s license required

Experience / Plus

General automotive knowledge

Use of Microsoft products, CRM tool

BMW passion
