Schedule:
Part-time 2-3 shifts per week: 16-24 hours per week
(Must have weekend availability) Shift:
8:30 PM - 4:30 AM
Location :
Lowell, MA Pay range :
$17.00 - $18.00

Job Description:
As a
Dedicated Security Officer , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of residential buildings, client assets, and personnel.
Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Providing peace of mind by being a visible and active security presence. Conduct randomize foot patrols of the property and key areas. Respond to dispatches, alarms and emergency situations. Writing detailed incident reports, tour reports and summary logs. Providing excellent customer service to residents, guests and staff. Communicating and collaborating with local emergency service when required.
Requirements :
Be on-time. Be in uniform. Be a professional. Independent and team player skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills Vigilant, observant and detail oriented Self-disciplined. Ability to de-escalate conflict. Benefits :
