Seeking an experienced Test Lead with expertise in TOSCA to join our QA team for an onsite engagement in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, leadership experience in Agile/DevOps environments, and the ability to manage end-to-end testing lifecycles across complex enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the QA effort onsite, overseeing all phases of testing from planning through execution and closure Develop, implement, and maintain TOSCA automation frameworks and strategies Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage Guide the creation and execution of functional, regression, and end-to-end test cases using TOSCA Monitor test execution and report on testing progress, defects, and risk mitigation strategies Mentor junior testers and support knowledge sharing across the team Ensure test documentation is complete, consistent, and aligned with project standards Participate in agile ceremonies, provide estimates, and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a Test Lead role Proven expertise in TOSCA Test Suite, including test case design, automation scripting, and execution Strong understanding of test automation principles, risk-based testing, and test data management Solid experience in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps delivery models Excellent knowledge of SDLC/STLC and QA best practices Hands-on experience with defect management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or equivalent Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
TOSCA certifications (e.g., Automation Specialist Level 1/2, Test Design Specialist) Experience in API testing, CI/CD pipelines, or performance testing is a plus Exposure to banking, healthcare, or insurance domains is an advantage Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
This Role can be Remote in Anywhere in USA. This role does not offer any Visa sponsorship at this time.
