Our Forensic Technology Services team comprises digital forensics, eDiscovery, data science, cybersecurity, privacy, and related professionals with experience from large law firms, professional services firms, Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies. We specialize in electronic discovery, data governance, cyber risk, privacy, and information management, delivering legally defensible procedures and technology-driven solutions. We are expanding our high-profile team to meet growing demand. What will you be doing?

Serve as the main point of contact for projects involving identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data relevant to litigation or investigations. Collaborate with clients to implement efficient workflows, identify and mitigate risk, apply quality control, and address technical challenges to make data discoverable and usable. Lead a team of e-Discovery forensic data collection engineers. Communicate with clients and team members regarding commitments, deadlines, project status, and issues. Maintain coordination with clients and team members to ensure timely task completion, establish project goals, and review costs. Own end-to-end project management and execution, including planning, resourcing, organizing, and reviewing to meet client deadlines. Lead external and internal meetings to review work results. Ensure eDiscovery best practices and quality control to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis. Provide end-to-end project support for data collection, database administration, and analysis, gathering requirements and maintaining project plans. Oversee daily electronic data discovery collection efforts, including digital forensic data collections. Utilize Relativity and similar eDiscovery tools to collaborate with clients on workflows. Produce thorough documentation and summaries of data collection efforts, tracking, and reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining. Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required, with preference for computer science, information management, data science, or related fields. 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and draw well-evidenced conclusions. Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Fast learner, eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes

Familiarity with Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, Brainspace, and similar tools. Experience with FTK, EnCase, Macquisition, Paladin, Kali is advantageous but not required. Extensive experience with standard eDiscovery methodologies and best practices. Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Experience using Relativity Server and Relativity One as an advanced user and database administrator. Document review management experience is beneficial but not required. Compensation and Benefits

Salary range is $100,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on education, experience, skills, and geography. A discretionary bonus program is available.
