Must perform Screening and diagnostic mammograms. Radiation Badge Req (Y/N): No Job Description Responsible for performing high-quality mammography according to the American College of Radiology (ACR) standards to ensure accurate physician interpretation. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomical positioning, radiographic techniques, and adherence to ACR and MQSA regulatory guidelines. Must be capable of working independently, demonstrating initiative, critical thinking, and precise technical positioning. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed quality control records to meet DHEC and MQSA inspection standards, scheduling regular equipment maintenance, completing workflows, and collaborating with team members and leadership to uphold health and safety compliance while minimizing equipment downtime. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with leadership, team members, departments, customers, and diverse patient populations to reduce barriers to care and promote health literacy within the community. Current mammography certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) are mandatory.
