What Youll Do Conduct new hire orientation and manage all onboarding and offboarding activities Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned departments within the site, supporting hourly and salaried employees Partner with operations leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives Assist in developing retention strategies and employee engagement programs tailored to site and production Provide administrative support, including record keeping and HR data entry Ensure effective communication of employee programs to boost engagement and morale Provide daily employee relations support, including performance counseling and administration of HR policies and practices; resolve employee concerns Collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and management in a fast-paced environment Conduct employee relations investigations and analyze organizational health issues; partner with HR to develop and execute improvement plans Provide guidance on employment-related issues (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, harassment, discrimination, diversity, corrective action, and progressive discipline) Serve as a resource for assigned client groups, addressing questions on policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and related processes Ensure compliance with government, labor, and legal reporting requirements, maintaining confidentiality Administer the Department of Transportation (DOT) Program Oversee policy administration, compliance reporting (EEOC, AAP, FAA), I-9 administration, and related duties Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Assist with recruiting efforts, including candidate interviews/selection, career fairs, etc. Perform additional duties as assigned

What Skills You Will Use Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Authorization to work in the United States Strong interpersonal, leadership, organization, decision-making, and communication skills Creative solutions-oriented mindset Professional demeanor with strong planning and organizational capabilities Prior HR experience in manufacturing or similar industry strongly preferred due to hands-on, fast-paced, and compliance-driven nature of the role Skilled in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
