About The Role

The Warehouse Associate I is a hands-on role focused on keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll help ensure that every order is handled with accuracy and care, building trust with customers who count on timely, error-free shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick items with RF device or pick ticket quickly and accurately
• Verify unit of measure, size, and quantity to ensure order accuracy
• Quality-check and pack customer orders efficiently and carefully
• Meet daily shipping deadlines with consistency
• Receive and check incoming freight, reporting discrepancies
• Stock, rotate, and replenish inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
• Operate pallet jacks and perform daily material scans
• Follow all safety rules, regulations, and company procedures
• Work overtime if needed to meet production demands

Top Technical Skills

• Warehouse operations (picking, packing, staging pallets, inventory control)
• Pallet jack and RF scanner usage
• Ability to lift 45–50 lbs independently and up to 75 lbs with assistance

Success Metrics

• Accuracy rate of order picking, packing, and shipping
• Consistently meeting daily shipping deadlines
• Maintaining productivity levels at or above 95% of engineered standards
• Upholding safety standards and compliance requirements

Who You Are

• Physically ready to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Comfortable lifting 45–50 lbs independently and up to 75 lbs with a partner
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Able to read and understand English, with number recognition skills and good hand/eye coordination
• Team player with a positive, adaptable attitude who thrives in a production-driven environment
