September 15th, 2025 Job Description: The strategic and execution-focused Project Manager will support the advancement of the clients Medical Affairs Intelligence Capability. This role is integral to shaping how medical insights and evidence generation are orchestrated across the enterprise. The successful candidate will manage the operational strategy and execution of cross-functional initiatives, lead integrated communications, support Integrated Evidence Generation (IEG) governance, and drive simplification and clarity across multiple workstreams. The Project Manager will also play a key role in Organizational Change Management (OCM) by identifying stakeholder needs and building engagement strategies, while developing and delivering a scalable communication roadmap to support transformation and capability adoption. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate complex workstreams related to building and scaling the Medical Affairs Intelligence Capability. Streamline and simplify overlapping or redundant workstreams to improve operational clarity and reduce organizational friction. Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across workstreams and stakeholders. Integrated Evidence Generation (IEG) Alignment Support the planning and execution of IEG strategies by ensuring Medical Affairs Intelligence contributions are well integrated. Track progress of evidence generation initiatives in coordination with cross-functional partners. Enable cross-team collaboration to align evidence generation with medical strategy and scientific objectives. Develop and maintain project roadmaps, KPIs, dashboards, and status reports for Medical Affairs Intelligence initiatives. Support governance processes to ensure timely execution, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Facilitate coordination between internal teams, external partners, and vendors to align with strategic priorities. Maintain and optimize SharePoint sites and other project collaboration platforms. Ensure documents, trackers, and resources are organized and accessible to stakeholders. Support version control, document management, and process consistency. Strategic Communications & Roadmap Delivery Design and execute a cohesive communication strategy and roadmap to support transparency, alignment, and adoption of the Intelligence Capability. Develop communication materials including leadership briefings, newsletters, stakeholder presentations, and knowledge-sharing assets. Collaborate with senior leadership and change teams to ensure consistent messaging across functional areas. Organizational Change Management (OCM) & Stakeholder Engagement Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand influence, readiness, and engagement needs across the organization. Partner with OCM leads to co-create change strategies that support capability adoption, mindset shift, and long-term sustainment. Identify champions and change agents across business units to promote engagement and reduce resistance. Qualifications: Education Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Communications, or related field required. Experience 5+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in a global pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare setting. Experience in Medical Affairs, Evidence Generation, or Insights/Intelligence functions strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience with organizational change initiatives and stakeholder communications in matrixed environments. Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams and complex dependencies. Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills tailored to a variety of internal audiences. Skilled in OCM principles, stakeholder engagement, and influence without authority. Ability to develop communication roadmaps and simplify complex systems for broader understanding and adoption. Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project), and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint).
