About Your Role :
Our Real Estate / Acquisition Agents are the dealmakers at Rebuilt. You will own the property acquisition process in your market by engaging directly with dozens of sellers weekly through scheduled appointments and handling thousands of inbound leads.
Conduct in-person appointments with property sellers
Negotiate prices and terms of acquisitions
Handle calls from potential buyers and sellers
Follow up and nurture leads
Show deals to local investors
Network and generate organic leads with our training and methodologies
Build relationships with local investors via meetups, networking events, and educational sessions

Preferred Qualifications :
Previous sales experience in real estate or wholesaling
Real estate license or degree preferred
