WORK TYPE : In Office
LOCATION DETAILS : Phoenix, Arizona
WORK HOURS : Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT : Frequent travel required, including overnight stays during event season (October–April). Must be available to support events 2–3 weekends per month during peak seasons.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Warehouse Associate – Event Logistics & Production is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, including the accurate handling, organization, and transportation of event production equipment and materials. This position plays a key role in ensuring seamless event execution by preparing gear for deployment, maintaining inventory integrity, and assisting with load-in and load-out processes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Inventory Management: Pull, scan, and check in / out equipment according to event manifests and packing lists using inventory management systems.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of all gear and adherence to packing standards.
- Order Preparation: Stage and pack equipment for upcoming events, verifying quantities and condition of items.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to appropriate personnel.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas, shelves, and storage systems.
- Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate records related to inventory movement, returns, and maintenance.
Additional Job Functions :
- Assist production and technical teams with on-site deliveries, setups, or returns as needed.
- Support cross-functional departments (e.g., lighting, AV, scenic) with logistics coordination.
- Participate in ongoing safety training and adhere to company safety protocols at all times.
- Provide general labor support for seasonal inventory counts, warehouse reconfigurations, or facility improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support event logistics and operational excellence.
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but may assist in training new warehouse team members

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification a plus)
- Familiarity with inventory or asset management systems (Flex Rental Solutions or similar preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed checklists and packing instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of AV or production equipment is a plus
Education / Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or live event production preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This role operates primarily in a warehouse environment, with some outdoor work and occasional on-site event support.
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Exposure to loud noise, fluctuating temperatures, and mechanical equipment is expected.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required during specific tasks.
