Fuel Goods Values

Fuel Goods is a high-growth sports consumables company with the vision of reimaging and inspiring an empowered, healthier world. At Fuel Goods, we curate fun, accessible, and top performance sports consumables.

We are looking for creative, high-energy, and talented professionals that have a passion for an empowered, healthier world and building the next great brand! We’re all about chasing excellence, sparking curiosity, and continuous improvement. With this context, our organizational culture embraces people who are aligned with our values:

  • We show up for each other. Greatness isn’t a solo pursuit. It’s built on trust, on collaboration, on lifting each other up. We win together. We fail together. And no matter what, we show up for each other. Because when we do, we become unstoppable.
  • Take the shot. We are not the kind of team that sits back and waits. We act. We adapt. We make bold moves. Because hesitation never fueled a PR, launched a game-changing product, or built something great. If there’s an opportunity in front of us, we take the shot.
  • Smart people, smart decisions. We believe in thinking critically, in challenging assumptions, in making decisions that aren’t just fast—but right. Every one of us brings something to the table, and when we use our brains as much as our guts, we make choices that move us forward, not hold us back.
  • Fire in the belly. We’re not here to coast. We’re here because we want to be the best. We bring hunger. We bring energy. We chase excellence in everything we do—whether it’s the fuel we sell, the relationships we build, or the impact we make. If you don’t have fire in the belly, you’re not in the right place.
  • Not just players. We are owners. Every single one of us has skin in the game. We don’t clock in, check boxes, and call it a day. We think like owners. We ask: What’s best for the business? What’s best for the team? Because Fuel Goods isn’t just a company. It’s ours to build, to grow, and to make great.
